Producing your order
Work will not begin on your order under any circumstances until a proof has been checked and agreed by yourselves, and this signed paperwork has been received back to me. The order production date is stated above. Where Names are being used, e.g. place cards and table plans, names must be sent by email to ensure correct spellings. The House of Airey will not take any responsibility where errors have been made by the client.

Proof reading
It is the clients’ responsibility to fully proof-read and check all wording and dates on the sample. Any changes will be agreed via email only, and by signing this order schedule you agree that the information has been proof read and is correct, and I am aware of any alterations between the sample and the final item.
Making changes to an existing order / Cancellations
If changes are made to an order where the work has already taken place, additional charges will be made at a cost of £25 per hour, plus material costs if applicable. A refund cannot be given for a cancelled order once production has begun. Deposits are non-refundable.
Refunds
As all stationery is designed and produced to order we regret that we are unable to offer refunds where production has begun.

In the unlikely event that you aren’t satisfied with our product, please contact us immediately, and should the problem be within our control, and the fault of The House of Airey, we will do what we can to rectify it, up to, and including reprinting.

All of the items we print are cut and trimmed by hand, therefore there may be a slight variation in the sizes of your order and the measurements noted on this website and our printed price list.

Please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for any client input errors, including errors once the proof has been approved. In the extremely unlikely event that the error has been made by The House of Airey, we will do all that we can to rectify the problem, including, if necessary reprinting.
